Returns & product issues

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we accept returns for manufacturing defects, not change of mind. Wear, misuse and accidental damage are not manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@hotdoghans.com promptly with your order number, a description and photos where possible. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps. Contact us for the correct return address before sending an item back; eyewear and apparel may need different return destinations.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Where EU withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal is your responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise. Required remedies and return costs for defective goods remain governed by applicable consumer law.
